Tracking begins when you connect your store.Choose store defaults in WooCommerce → PriceGrid. The verified statutory anchor includes its historical date and appears outside sales too. During reductions, the lowest-price label requires recorded tax-inclusive history from the preceding 30 days. Import seeds are not used. Disabling labels does not waive legal duties.

PriceGrid records observed prices for WooCommerce products and variations. The dashboard separates the current price, first-observed anchor, rolling 30-day low and reference before a reduction. It also provides promotion drafts and daily CSV/XML price exports.
The rolling low includes prices observed during the current sale. The pre-reduction reference looks at the 30 days before a new reduction. If the lowest price in that period was €80 and the new sale price is €70, the reference is €80. The first-observed anchor is a separate value.
Add-ons that save WooCommerce product prices are captured automatically. Add-ons that calculate prices only at runtime need a verified integration. Personal, quantity and cart discounts must not be mixed into one shared product-price history.
Both work together. The small WooCommerce plugin sends product prices to your PriceGrid workspace. Your price history and promotion tools live in the hosted dashboard.

Tracking begins when products are first observed. A merchant can provide a starting 30-day reference, but that does not reconstruct a historical timeline. Review the source and coverage before relying on a reference.
No. PriceGrid helps you review observed prices and display reference labels. Legal requirements depend on your country, product and promotion. The software does not certify compliance.
There is no automatic charge. Price synchronization pauses unless you activate a paid subscription. You can still sign in and review your existing records.
